50-Year Celebration | VIP & Royal Audience

To mark the UAE’s 50th National Day, Entertain X (formerly Living the Dream Entertainment), produced a powerful, custom-designed performance for DP World, one of Expo 2020’s official premier partners.

The show took place inside DP World’s Expo Pavilion, combining live performance, immersive technology, and emotive storytelling in celebration of five decades of national pride.

Held for an exclusive audience of royalty and VIP guests, the 20-minute production traced the UAE’s journey of transformation under the visionary leadership of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, celebrating the innovation, diversity, and ambition that define modern-day Dubai.

The experience was led by Executive Creative Director Kim Gavin, BAFTA and Brit Award winner and Assistant Creative Director and Producer, Zoe Jackson MBE, Co-Founder and CEO of Entertain X.

The performance featured dancers, singers, drummers, musicians, aerialists, children’s choir and sand artists.

All of this was integrated with custom 8K visual content displayed on the high-resolution screen within the pavilion, synced with the performance to enhance the narrative.

The unique waterfall architecture of the DP World Pavilion also served as a live staging area for performers, transforming the space into an immersive theatre.

The show blended movement, visuals, and storytelling into a truly immersive moment of national pride—positioning DP World at the heart of the UAE’s celebration on one of Expo 2020’s most meaningful days.
